Please note that the registration for SC'2012 has been closed. The hotels are fully booked and all places at Kloster Seeon have been filled. At the moment, no further registrations are possible.

In case you want to attend SC'20120 but could not register anymore, please contact cosy@informatik.uni-bremen.de and we can check for additional options (e.g., withdrawn registrations or similar).

This registration includes attendance of any of the workshops and tutorials (Friday August 31) the doctoral colloquia, the social event and conference dinner, the conference proceedings, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks during the whole conference from Thursday, August 30 (evening) until Monday, September 3 (evening).

This registration includes attendance of the doctoral colloquia, the social event and the conference dinner, the conference proceedings, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks during the main conference from Friday, August 31 (morning) until Monday, September 3 (evening).

This registration includes attendance of the workshops and tutorials on Friday, August 31 as well as lunch, dinner, coffee breaks from Thursday, August 30 (evening) until Monday, August 31 (evening).

By filling out the registration form and submitting it to us until July 29, we will reserve a room at Kloster Seeon for you. Depending on the type of registration (workshop only, conference only or workshop and conference) we will use the following details:

• workshop and conference: single-room, arrival August 30, evening, departure September 4, morning (5 nights stay)
• conference only: single-room, arrival August 31, evening, departure September 4, morning (4 nights stay)
• workshop only: single-room, arrival August 30, evening, departure September 1, morning (2 nights stay)

If you plan on arriving/departing on different dates or would share a room with someone (some of the reserved rooms are double rooms) please provide this information in the 'comments' section of the registration form.

Hotel rooms will be reserved for you, but will have to be payed by you on-site. Lodging is NOT INCLUDED in the conference fee. Room charge will be around 66€ per person per night (for single rooms).

The social event will take place on Sunday, September 2 after the first afternoon session. If the weather is good we plan on having a walk about the area around Kloster Seeon. Afterwards we will have dinner at a beer garden.

If we receive your written and signed cancellation (via fax) before August 9, 2012, the registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 50€. There will be no refunds for cancellations after that date.
